A new 64 bit beta version of NPXLab Suite fixes minor bugs.

New: Updated compiler, resulting in more efficient code in some routines
New: Updated FFT and DFT Engines used in Spectral Analysis
Fix: Fixed a bug that could cause crashes with the Artifact Events Inserter
Fix: Fixed a bug with the Artifact Events Inserter, which caused to miss detecting the last artifact if it continued till the end of the file
